My36 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the my36 platform. By registering or using any my36 service, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and are subject to updates from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the my36 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

To register and use my36 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • Acting on your own behalf and not under duress or at the direction of any third party.
  • Not prohibited by local law from using an online betting or entertainment platform.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

My36 reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documents to verify your eligibility at any time. Users who provide false or incomplete information during registration may have their account suspended or closed without prior notice.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the my36 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining credit balances and unused bonuses.

When registering, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full name, active email address, and valid phone number.
  • Setting a strong password and keeping it confidential. my36 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
  • Notify my36 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].
  • Ensuring that the device used to access your account is secure and free from malware.

My36 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account credentials confidential. All activity carried out through your account is considered authorised by you unless promptly reported to us.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the my36 platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction. my36 does not provide legal advice on the legal status of online gambling in any territory.

3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the my36 platform – including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus usage – are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, TNG eWallet, and local online banking.

Key things to know about payments:

  • Deposits: Deposited funds are strictly for entertainment and betting purposes within the platform. No deposit may be made on behalf of another person or using a payment method that does not belong to you.
  • Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's current policy. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit is approved.
  • Bonus & Promotions: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements and specified time limits. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
  • Rejected Transactions: my36 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms.
  • Fees: my36 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside the platform's control.

Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to my36 within 30 days of the transaction date. Late reports may not be fully processed.

4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits

Users are prohibited from using the my36 platform for the following purposes:

  • Any unlawful, fraudulent, or money laundering-related activity.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to access or exploit the platform.
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
  • Disrupting or damaging the platform's technical infrastructure, including cyberattacks or unauthorised access attempts.
  • Distributing unlawful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through any communication channel on the platform.

Liability Limits: my36 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or defects at all times. To the extent permitted by law, my36 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including betting funds lost, service disruptions, or inaccurate market data during limited periods.

My36 is not liable for failures by third parties such as payment providers, game providers, or internet networks that are outside the platform's direct control. In cases of technical disruption caused by third parties, my36 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly based on available system records.

5. Account Policies, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Account Suspension & Closure

My36 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any term in this document or any other platform policy.
  • Suspected activity involving fraud, bonus abuse, or system manipulation.
  • Failure to verify your identity upon request within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified by the platform's internal policy.
  • Instructions from relevant legal or regulatory authorities.

If an account is closed due to a breach, my36 reserves the right to forfeit any unused bonus balance. Valid deposit balances will be returned in accordance with the established verification procedures, subject to any investigation that may be required.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and printed materials on the my36 platform are the exclusive property of my36 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from my36.

Third-Party Links

The my36 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. my36 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. 6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
